Job Title: Australian Loan Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to work as an Australian Loan Specialist, handling end-to-end loan processing from verifying applications to ensuring compliance with Australian lending standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong data entry, documentation, and organizational skills, with experience working with CRM systems and loan origination platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize CRM tools and web-based systems to track loan applications, update statuses, and maintain borrower records
  • Review, verify, and process loan application documents submitted through digital channels
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of application data
  • Perform audits of loan documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
  • Generate and send digital communications to clients regarding loan status updates and required documentation
  • Extract and interpret data from loan systems, web analytics, and reports for internal use
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 6 months of home/mortgage loan processing experience in the Australian market
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as ApplyOnline or AOL, Simpology, and loan origination platforms
  • Familiarity with loan documentation and compliance standards
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
