Job Title:

Sales Transformation Manager

About the Role:

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for driving and executing strategic initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness, efficiency, and overall performance.

The successful candidate will oversee the transformation of our sales organization, leveraging processes, tools, technologies, and talent management practices to ensure alignment with evolving business goals, market conditions, and customer expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy Development: Define and implement sales playbooks, working closely with senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives and measurable improvements.

2. Sales Effectiveness: Leverage external best practices to optimize sales organization performance, assist in driving greater efficiency and effectiveness, and identify areas of improvement within the sales funnel.

3. Sales Process Optimization: Design, develop, and implement streamlined sales processes that drive performance and improve sales cycle time, identifying opportunities for growth and revenue generation.

4. Technology Integration and Tools: Oversee the integration and optimization of sales tools and technologies, providing training and support to maximize usage and effectiveness.

5. Sales Training and Development: Develop comprehensive sales training programs focused on skill development and sales methodology, measure their effectiveness, and continuously refine content to meet evolving needs.

6. Change Management & Adoption: Lead change management efforts required to drive sales transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, tools, and practices across the sales organization.

Requirements:

  • Proven regional experience in top global technologies or hyperscale companies, ideally in sales management or transformation roles.
  • Ability to own complex partnerships with industry-leading organizations, think strategically, and execute methodically.
  • Team player with high interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, and a sense of urgency; able to collaborate across different functional teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take calculated risks and maintain high standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Work Environment:

This role requires 25 to 40% travel throughout the region.
