
Sales Growth Leader

The Head of Sales will collaborate with senior leadership to drive sales growth and improve team performance.
This is a high-impact role that requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong focus on driving sales results.
">Key Responsibilities:- Lead the sales team to achieve business objectives by managing sales activity, pipelines, and follow-up reporting
- Coordinate cold call tracking, business plan review, and alignment of focus with specific opportunities for the local market area
- Assist in identifying potential clients and finding connections to turn cold calls into warm calls for potential business opportunities
- Manage inbound referrals in collaboration with senior leaders; maintain disbursement log of how inbound business was distributed
- Coordinate with marketing teams on multiple service line pursuits
- Work alongside senior leaders to ensure the best-suited players are on the field for every pitch/assignment, every time
- Prepare and present reports on deal activity at management meetings and on an as needed basis
- Develop targeted vertical pursuit strategies (e.g., MidCap Targets, Private Equity, Healthcare, Non Profit Pursuits, outsourcing targets)
- Hold recurring meetings, develop prospecting lists, collaborate on pursuit strategies, hold team accountable for results
- Provide effective recruitment, selection, development, and performance management of sales professionals. Lead training for sales professionals in coordination with senior leaders
- Serve as conduit for assisting sales team with researching information needs within a complex platform and highly matrixed work environment
- Evaluate and report on industry and business trends in local market area for potential impact on sales team
- Ensure internal company sales guidelines are followed and sales database systems are fully utilized
- Develop and maintain external relationships with industry and trade associations, vendors, professional organizations, and local community leaders
