Regulatory Compliance Specialist

The Regulatory Compliance Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring our products and services adhere to all applicable regulatory requirements and quality standards. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining product compliance strategies and processes, collaborating with various teams, and conducting regular assessments to guarantee products are compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date with local, national, and international regulations and standards relevant to our products.
  • Ensure that products meet all applicable regulatory requirements, including safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement compliance strategies to ensure our products meet legal and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product compliance efforts with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain databases accurately with up-to-date records of product compliance activities and documentation.
  • Prepare compliance reports for management and regulatory authorities as required.
  • Manage relationships with testing laboratories, certification bodies, and local authorities.
  • Identify potential compliance risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Provide training and education to employees on compliance issues and requirements.
  • Foster a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
  • Assist external auditors or regulatory authorities during inspections.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Pharmacy.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in regulatory affairs and product compliance.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
