About the role

We are seeking an Accounting Staff to join our team at JB Elite Corporation in our Carmona Cavite office. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing essential bookkeeping and accounting support to our small business clients. As a core member of our accounting team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the financial health and compliance of our customers.

What you'll be doing

Perform general bookkeeping duties such as data entry, maintaining records, and reconciling accounts Assist in the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other regulatory reporting Liaise with clients to gather financial information and answer accounting-related inquiries Support the team in implementing accounting best practices and improving internal processes Collaborate with colleagues to provide a high level of customer service and support

What we're looking for

Relevant qualifications or experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
