Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of HR Benefits Manager at HSBC Electronic Data Processing (Philippines) Inc.

In this position, you will take on a leadership role in benefits processing initiatives, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness. This includes reviewing and consolidating benefits instructions for secondary review and approval by Payroll Auditor and HR People Services, AVP.

You will also be responsible for managing government remittance processes, including timely payments of contributions to PAGIBIG, SSS, Philhealth. Additionally, you will ensure that HR transactions are submitted on time by various departments and report any non-compliance with HR policies or procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your strong leadership skills to drive benefits processing initiatives forward.
  • Review and consolidate benefits instructions for secondary review and approval.
  • Manage government remittance processes, ensuring timely payments.
  • Ensure timely submission of HR transactions and report any non-compliance.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of achieving objectives and developing individuals.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with ability to handle capacities and MI reporting.
  • Wide knowledge of general HR administration policies and procedures.
  • Proficiency in both oral and written English, with excellent communication skills.
