Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about our products/services to customers
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the system
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed individual and team targets
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of BPO work experience, preferably in Healthcare
    • Excellent verbal & written English skills
    • Has email support experience
    • Able to work night shifts and onsite in Makati
