Job Description

The role of a Quality Assurance Specialist is pivotal in driving innovation through scalable, AI-enhanced quality programs. As part of the Customer Advocacy team, you will redefine support experiences and empower teams to do their best work.

As a key member of the Quality Assurance Team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring Support Quality: Assessing support interactions using traditional methods and AI-powered QA tools.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Identifying growth opportunities, providing feedback, and guiding improvement plans.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Conducting in-depth analyses of team and individual performance, sharing insights with leadership, and planning measurable milestones.
  • Learning and Development: Designing and leading training sessions on quality practices.
  • Quality Management: Participating in calibration sessions to ensure consistent ratings across various issue types.
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Creating scorecards, activities, and programs to maintain continuous progress toward outstanding product and service quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance or customer experience analytics in Tech or SaaS.
  • Experience with QA platforms featuring AI integrations.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML model evaluation frameworks and benchmarks.
  • Comfort with interpreting AI outputs and tuning models.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools like sentiment detection and interaction scoring.
  • Background in analyzing data complexity and working knowledge of SQL.
