Job Title: Senior Software Tester

Achieve Excellence in Software Quality as a Senior Software Tester.

Job Description:

Our team seeks a seasoned software testing professional to join our ranks. As a Senior Software Tester, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test plans, identifying and resolving defects, and ensuring the highest standards of software quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed test plans and strategies aligned with project requirements and technical specifications.
  • Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scripts to ensure thorough test coverage.
  • Identify, document, and prioritize software defects using standard bug tracking tools.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to troubleshoot issues, verify fixes, and ensure all defects are resolved prior to release.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in software testing.
  • Extensive knowledge of software testing processes, methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall), and industry best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman).
  • Proficiency with issue tracking and test management tools (e.g., GitHub Issues, Jira, Zephyr, TestRail) and version control systems such as GitHub.
  • Familiarity with API testing, performance testing, and security testing techniques and tools.
