About Senior Full-Stack Developer Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team. As the right-hand technical partner to the founder of a growing SaaS company in the donor management and fundraising space, you will be responsible for combining new feature development, bug resolution, and system ownership across both the front-end and back-end of the platform.

This is a key role that requires expertise in the Microsoft stack (C#, MVC, SQL, Azure) as well as comfort with front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap). You will work directly with the technical founder and interface with a small internal team, owning mission-critical development work from day one.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of hands-on experience as a full-stack developer in a SaaS environment, with a strong command of the Microsoft stack and ability to independently investigate bugs across both application logic and database layers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new features and functionality across the Microsoft stack
  • Maintain, debug, and improve existing codebase
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and production bugs as needed
  • Collaborate directly with the founder on product priorities and architecture
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience as a full-stack developer in a SaaS environment
  • Strong command of the Microsoft stack: C#, ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server, Azure
  • Comfortable with front-end basics: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap
  • Able to independently investigate bugs across both application logic and database layers
Benefits
  • $2,500 to $3,100/mo salary, depending on experience
  • Annual bonus up to 150% of monthly salary, including $500 bonus at 90-days
