Key Business Partner Role

Main Responsibilities:
- Schedule Optimization: Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings to maintain optimal workflow.
- Travel Arrangements: Plan and arrange travel plans and accommodations for executives, ensuring smooth journeys.
- Communication Strategy: Ensure timely and accurate communication and documentation, fostering strong relationships.
- Task Prioritization: Strategically prioritize executive tasks and optimize time allocation for maximum productivity.
- Goal Alignment: Understand and align with executive objectives to promote effective working relationships.
- Support Services: Provide comprehensive support with communications, presentations, reports, and social media management.
- Research Assistance: Conduct research as required by executives, delivering valuable insights.
- Personalized Support: Cater to individual preferences and requirements, ensuring tailored support.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Executive Assistant or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven track record of high performance.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM, project management tools, and MS Office.
- Strong emotional intelligence, interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to goal setting and achievement.
- Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities, with a detail-oriented work approach.
- Flexibility to work flexible shifts as required.
