Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, chats, and emails.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing effective solutions
- Managing escalations by coordinating with internal teams
- Collecting and relaying customer feedback on products and services
- Attending trainings and e-learning sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
