We are currently seeking qualified candidates to fill a Retail Store Associate position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and support to customers and colleagues
• Process and merchandise donated goods, ensuring accurate pricing and presentation
• Assist with sales floor activities, including restocking shelves and maintaining store appearance
• Operate cash register and handle customer transactions
• Perform various tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull carts as needed
