About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Client Success Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Client Services department, you will play a critical role in building strong relationships with our clients and driving business growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating activities related to account management and product development, including developing and owning necessary tools and processes. You will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, leveraging your experience and analytical skills to recommend tailored solutions that address complex client needs.

You will also support our efforts to streamline communications, document key action items, and ensure that commitments are being delivered upon. Your role will evolve as you excel and as the company grows, providing opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Execute account management functions for assigned clients, including tasks such as ensuring availability and accessibility of support for our clients and their teams.
  • Account Planning: Develop and maintain account plans that proactively identify risks, opportunities, and strategies to expand the client relationship.
  • Administrative Support: Manage our CRM boards and pipelines for tracking, invoicing, and forecasting purposes, as well as support the documentation of client expenses and other related costs.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years of work experience, with client-facing experience a major plus.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
