About the Job:

  • Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve escalated issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends to deliver innovative solutions

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
  2. Document all interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system
  3. Escalate critical issues to senior technicians or management as needed
  4. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services

What You Need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
