Business Continuity Manager

The Business Continuity Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) program, encompassing involvement in the full lifecycle of BCM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the entire BCM program, ensuring compliance with global policies and local regulations.
  • Conduct thorough Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and develop comprehensive Business Continuity Plans (BCP) that align recovery objectives with business requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance to stakeholders, facilitating effective implementation of BCM strategies and practices.
  • Plan, facilitate, and document results of BC tests and exercises, updating BCPs as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintain and monitor BCM data, dashboards, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and provide 24/7 on-call support during incidents.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in Business Continuity Management, with certification from CBCI or CBCP preferred.
  • Proficient in BCM software and Emergency Notification Systems, with industry knowledge in BPO, BPM, or related fields.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work flexible shifts.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Competency in Office 365 applications.
