Engages with both internal and external customers of her assigned site / client.
Provides assistance to the Facilities Management team with operational activities such as client visits, meeting room bookings, maintenance and operations, vendor oversight, purchasing of materials, equipment & supplies, occupancy services, and helpdesk support.
Exhibits excellent & attentive guest and customer relations while providing administrative support to the team.
Provides attentive and pleasing customer service & onsite support.
Contributes suggestions for improvements as they arise.
Addresses clients' facilities needs by working closely with clients and onsite suppliers to identify inquiries and requirements.
Ensures safety and risk management by maintaining safe workplace procedures and implementing risk management, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
Follows escalation and incident reporting procedures and complies with the firm's guidelines and strategies.
Must have a financial background.
