Overview

Responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue goals, expand client base, and commercialize offerings. Manages client engagement throughout the sales cycle—including inquiries, complaints, negotiations, contract signing/renewals, and collections—to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction. Oversees bid and proposal preparation in coordination with internal teams, ensuring completeness, risk assessment, margin projections, and timely submission. Supports BRC in formulating bid strategies to improve success rates and facilitates smooth handover to the execution team after award.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of BSBA Marketing or any related course
  • Has 3 years' experience in sales support, proposal writing, business development, or tender management.
  • With Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Application (Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc.)
  • Willing to work in Ortigas Pasig
