Job Title: HR Support Partner
">The HR Support Partner will play a key role in driving the development and implementation of human resource initiatives and systems that foster a high-performing work environment.
">Key Responsibilities:
">Training and Development:
">- Organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs to ensure seamless transitions and optimal performance.">
- Identify and assess training needs of the organization to bridge skill gaps and enhance productivity.">
- Conduct training sessions for both new and existing employees to equip them with necessary skills and knowledge.">
- Monitor training progress, provide updates, and ensure completion with direct supervisors to guarantee consistency and quality.">
- Evaluate feedback from staff members about the efficiency of training procedures to inform future improvements.">
Performance Management:
">- Assist in the performance management process to facilitate employee growth and development.">
- Communicate with staff on issues affecting their performance and collaborate to develop plans addressing performance gaps.">
Recruitment and Integration:
">- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements, including skills, qualifications, and experience.">
- Utilize various sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.">
- Coordinate and conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' suitability for the position.">
- Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiating compensation and benefits packages within established guidelines.">
Payroll Administration:
">- Ensure efficient processing of payroll transactions.">
- Collect, calculate, and enter data to maintain and update payroll information.">
- Resolve payroll discrepancies to prevent errors and delays.">
- Maintain confidentiality of salaries to uphold trust and respect.">
Employee Database Management:
">- Maintain employee database through MyHr to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.">
Timely HR Services:
">- Provide timely HR services to all employees, particularly compensation and benefits administration.">
Supporting Other Functions:
">- Support other HR functions and activities whenever required or urgently needed.">
