Job Description

  • Define and lead strategic transformation programs focused on cost reduction, process efficiency, and quality improvement across global operations.
  • Align transformation initiatives with business objectives and identify use cases for machine learning, generative AI, NLP, predictive analytics, and automation.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to redesign workflows and execute cross-functional program execution and capability building.
  • Leverage expertise in automation technologies (RPA tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Power Automate) and understand BPO metrics and operational challenges in domains like CX, F&A, Risk, and Content Operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong command over Python, SQL, Power BI/Tableau and a deep understanding of BPO metrics and operational challenges.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
  • 12+ years of experience in BPO / KPO / Shared Services.
  • 5+ years of experience leading AI/ML initiatives.
  • Strong command over automation technologies.
  • Deep understanding of BPO metrics and operational challenges.
