The Role

As a Junior Data Analyst, you will join our Reporting and Analytics function. Working closely with the Analytics Lead and other team members, your mission will be to transform operational data into actionable insights that empower both our internal stakeholders and our clients.

Your work will be critical in delivering value by providing first line support to internal clients, gathering requirements for data analysis and reporting, querying and investigating databases, generating reports and dashboards, and supporting other Analysts to enhance data accessibility and clarity.

Essential Skills
  • A love of data, analytics, and problem solving
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in data and insights-focused roles
  • Good SQL coding skills (JOINS, CASE statements, basic window functions)
  • Understanding of data modeling skills
  • Experience with BI tools like PowerBI (including DAX and Power Query)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to translate complex data tables into actionable, digestible information
  • Curiosity and desire to learn
  • Ability to interact with data in application data stores, and data warehouses
  • A passion for delighting customers by anticipating their needs and helping them see future opportunities
