Job Title:

A Business Transformation Leader is needed to drive business growth through innovative strategies and execution.

This key role will lead enterprise-wide transformation programs focused on cost reduction, process efficiency, and quality improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BPO/KPO/Shared Services with 12+ years of experience in leading large-scale transformation projects.

They should also possess a deep understanding of AI/ML, automation technologies, and BPO metrics.

This person will work closely with data science, product, and engineering teams to develop AI/ML solutions, PoCs, and production-grade deployments.

Additionally, they will apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to redesign workflows, eliminate waste, and reduce variation in critical processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead enterprise transformation programs
  • Align transformation initiatives with strategic business objectives
  • Identify and lead use cases for machine learning and automation
  • Partner with internal data science and engineering teams
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to redesign workflows

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification
  • 12+ years of experience in BPO/KPO/Shared Services
  • 5+ years of experience leading AI/ML initiatives
  • Proficient in tools like Python, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and AI platforms
