Job Description

As a Gen AI Content Specialist, you will be responsible for executing best-in-class content transformation and continuous improvements on large content libraries. You will lead decision-making as you grow in the role, with coaching provided at first, and increasing autonomy over time.

  • Execute content transformation and continuous improvements on large content libraries.
  • Innovate and optimize content processes; decide where and how content will be segmented and refactored for Gen AI tools.
  • Act as part editor and part content strategist with strong reading comprehension skills.
  • Act as both a do-er and innovator, making decisions and recommendations independently.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have foundational knowledge of Gen AI uses and applications, enthusiasm for learning more, and expert English reading comprehension and editing skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects at once, familiarity with Word, Excel, and large spreadsheets, and strong Office 365 skills are also necessary.
