Key Role Summary

This critical position oversees the strategic direction of sales efforts, ensuring alignment with overall business targets. As a key leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, customer engagement, and relationship management.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Sales Process: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet short-term and long-term objectives. Manage sales performance, focusing on profitable growth, customer satisfaction, and loyalty.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Foster a high-performing team by coaching, developing, and empowering sales professionals. Provide regular feedback, set goals, and ensure adequate resources to achieve targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and expand market share.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, or relevant field.
  • Experience: Proven track record in business-to-business sales, sales management, and leadership roles (minimum 8 years).
  • Key Skills: Digital acumen, sales strategy development, customer relationship management, negotiation, reporting, and funnel management.
