Platform Engineering Expert

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Engineer to join our team. This is a key role that requires someone who thinks strategically, enjoys high-pace environments, and has experience building and scaling complex engineering systems.

  • Build, own, and report on the performance of complex end-to-end systems.
  • Actively participate in product decisions and refine the product roadmap.
  • Work with the Platform team to provide universal architecture and expertise across our products.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed here, you will need:

  • Experience in building and maintaining large-scale products.
  • Systems thinking and knowledge of how to think high-level about end-to-end systems involving multiple products and 3rd-party services.
  • Speed and ability to work quickly to generate ideas and options.
  • Focus and ability to engage or be heads-down in a fast-growing startup environment.
  • Collaboration skills and ability to inspire and negotiate with opinionated designers, marketers, and PMs.
  • Tech Stack: NodeJS, ReactJS, TypeScript, Java, Go, Python.
