Technical Architecture Leader

This role encompasses overseeing the development and implementation of high-level architectural platforms, guiding Solution Architects, and driving strategic direction for AEM implementations.

The successful candidate will ensure consistent architecture, scalability, and innovation across the platform while promoting a collaborative environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and drive technical architecture for enterprise-scale digital platforms, focusing on AEM 6.5 and AEM Cloud deployments.
  • Lead decision-making on architectural frameworks, platform design, and integration strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and scalability.
  • Mentor and guide a team of Solution Architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Oversee the design, configuration, deployment, maintenance, and optimization of AEM platforms, ensuring high availability and reliability.
  • Establish and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and coding guidelines across projects.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to enhance platform automation using Kubernetes, Docker, and Jenkins for containerized microservices.
  • Implement monitoring and alerting tools to detect and address system issues proactively.
  • Provide input on enterprise-wide technology strategies and recommend cutting-edge tools and frameworks.
