Job Title: Ecommerce Operations Specialist

Job Description:

This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform. As an Ecommerce Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for maximizing product visibility across all sales channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and optimize product listings on Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and other platforms using AI tools where applicable
  • Implement and refine SEO strategies using both traditional and AI-powered methods (e.g., ChatGPT, SurferSEO, Jasper)
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis using AI-based SEO tools
  • Analyze website data and marketplace trends to enhance product positioning and performance
  • Perform ongoing SEO audits of our website, including meta content updates using AI
  • Maintain and grow marketplace operations, including inventory updates, shipping compliance, and promotional planning
  • Monitor and report on site traffic, keyword performance, and customer feedback
  • Develop and track marketing campaigns using Google Analytics, GA4, and Looker Studio
  • Manage digital assets, including visuals and SEO-compliant descriptions
  • Ensure platform listings are visually appealing and aligned with the latest algorithmic requirements
  • Manage customer communications, feedback resolution, and operational reporting

Key Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in e-commerce operations, with hands-on experience in marketplace management, SEO, and AI-powered tools.

  • Proven track record of successfully optimizing product listings and improving SEO rankings
  • Experience with AI-powered tools, such as ChatGPT, SurferSEO, and Jasper
