This is a dynamic role involving every aspect of the recruitment cycle, from sourcing to final placement, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

We are looking for a Talent Recruiter to source candidates through multiple channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events, and assess them for alignment with our hiring needs.

  • Source qualified candidates via various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct initial screening and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage candidate databases and track key recruitment metrics to ensure efficient hiring processes.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to define job requirements and staffing needs.
  • Assist with job advertising, ensuring that posts are targeted to the right audience.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with people management and understanding their backgrounds and experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple candidates and roles simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accurate records and follow up on all recruitment activities.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
  • Fully remote position, offering flexibility in work location.
  • Full-time position with semi-flexible working hours, with at least 4 hours overlap with EST (8 AM to 12 NN ET).
