Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
This is a customer-facing role that involves providing exceptional service and support to clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer-centric approach, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Service Delivery: Ensure that all services are delivered to a high standard, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
- Customer Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers through clear and respectful communication.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide informed advice and guidance to customers.
- Documentation: Accurately record and document customer interactions and resolutions.
- Education: High school diploma with relevant experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Qualifications: Ability to effectively communicate written and verbally, dependable with strong attention to detail, skilled in multi-tasking, flexibility, and adaptability.
