  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, offering solutions and troubleshooting issues.
  • Provide training and guidance on product features and best practices.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to senior team members.
  • Gather and communicate customer feedback to the product development team.
  • Engage in professional development to enhance skills and understanding of the product.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Success or Support roles within a SaaS environment.
  • Experience in training, mentoring, or leading team members.
  • Proven customer-facing experience with strong communication skills.
