Expert Reviewer in Clinical Oncology

We are seeking a highly skilled Freelance Peer Reviewer to join our pool of experts in the field of Clinical Oncology. As a Freelance Peer Reviewer, you will play a crucial role in assessing and evaluating manuscripts for publication in academic journals.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, as well as excellent written communication skills. A thorough understanding of research methodologies and ethical principles within Clinical Oncology is also essential.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Assessing manuscript novelty, originality, and relevance to the field.
  • Evaluating study design, methodology, and literature review for thoroughness and accuracy.
  • Analyzing results and conclusions, ensuring they are supported by data and significant to the field.
  • Providing constructive feedback, suggesting improvements or highlighting flaws, omissions, or ethical concerns.

The successful candidate will hold a Doctorate (PhD/MD) or equivalent advanced degree in Clinical Oncology or a related field. Additionally, they should possess at least two publications in the last two years in their field and demonstrate a strong understanding of online manuscript submission and review systems.

Desirable qualifications for this role include prior experience as a peer reviewer for academic journals in Clinical Oncology and familiarity with online manuscript submission and review systems.
