Enterprise Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Professional to join our sales team at Vertiv. As a key contributor to our growth strategy, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base through strategic account planning, relationship building, and solution selling.
You will work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with client needs and objectives, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support. You will stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, competitor activities, and emerging technologies that may impact clients' businesses, providing insights and recommendations to clients based on market intelligence.
You will identify and mitigate potential risks or issues that may impact the relationship with enterprise clients, proactively addressing challenges, resolving conflicts, and managing expectations to maintain trust and credibility. Additionally, you will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service, addressing client concerns or issues promptly, and acting as an advocate for the client within the organization.
