Key Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you must possess a strong educational background in a business-related field and at least one year of experience as a supervisor in a banking environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows-based applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) is also essential.

  • A college degree in a business-related field.
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience in cash and loans operations within a financial institution.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to train subordinates effectively.
  • Excellent marketing, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in local dialects.
