Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to oversee and manage payroll operations, ensuring compliance with statutory and government requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll of employees, including final pay, 13th month, and tax annualization
  • Ensure compliance to statutory and government regulations
  • Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate accounting information
  • Address employee pay-related concerns via ticket and email
  • Record payroll entries and accruals in the accounting system
  • Provide advice on legislation relating to payroll
  • Prepare and issue relevant documents
  • Support internal and external audit activities
About You
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in payroll management
  • Strong knowledge of statutory and government regulations
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
