Talent Acquisition at Innodata Knowledge Services, Inc.We\'re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Specialist to join our team If you\'re passionate about ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing, we want to hear from you.
What you\'ll do- Ensures accurate and timely release of final pay for separated employees in compliance with labor regulations.
- Responds to payroll-related inquiries, especially from newly hired employees across various projects, following each payroll cycle.
- Reviews and validates employee inputs such as attendance records and employment contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assists in internal and external audits, including year-end, buyer audits, and audits from government agencies such as SSS and NSO.
- Prepares monthly payroll schedules, monitor payroll liabilities, and ensure timely government remittance reporting.
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or Business-related courses
- At least 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing and compliance is preferred
- CPA is an advantage
- Full-time and work from home
