EPG Group is an Australian company providing managed payroll services (EOR, AOR, migration, staffing) and our own SaaS platform, Xemplo. Operating in 10 countries and expanding quickly, we help businesses stay compliant in managing their people and payments.

We are looking for a Financial Accountant to support our global finance operations. You'll work with a collaborative team of finance professionals and be directly involved in month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, audit preparation, and continuous improvement of our accounting practices.

This is a 100% remote role based in the Philippines.

What You'll Do
  • Handle journals, reconciliations, and month-end activities.
  • Support audits, compliance, and tax requirements.
  • Prepare reports, statements, and maintain fixed asset registers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and drive process improvements.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Commerce (CPA or equivalent preferred).
  • 3+ years' financial accounting experience.
  • Strong Excel and accounting standards knowledge.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and deadline-driven.
