Order Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Order Operations Specialist to join our team. As the primary point of contact for all order-related activities, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution and management of the order-to-cash cycle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the day-to-day execution and management of order operations
  • Providing customer support for pre-order activities
  • Building sustainable processes and systems to drive efficiency and scalability
  • Maintaining strong data integrity in all order operations systems
  • Leading month's end reconciliation from an order operations perspective
  • Creating workflows using automation tools to reduce manual work

Requirements for this role include:

  • Ability to work full-time US-based hours
  • Expertise in automations and process optimization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Elite organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in order processing, EDI, B2B, and manual orders
  • Strong ERP system experience
  • Experience managing direct reports
  • 2+ years experience working in US food & beverage order operations with distributors and retailers
  • Able to thrive in a fully remote work environment under minimal supervision
  • Customer-focused with an unrelenting desire to provide world-class customer service
  • Killer instinct mentality: Willing to roll up sleeves, figure stuff out, and get things done
