Retail Marketing Specialist

Job Description:
  • We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Marketing Specialist to develop and execute retail marketing campaigns for product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.
  • The successful candidate will coordinate with sales, marketing, creative, and product development teams to align marketing efforts with retail strategies.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute retail marketing campaigns for product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, creative, and product development teams to align marketing efforts with retail strategies.
  • Manage retail marketing calendars and ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives across different retail partners.
  • Align with the sales team on marketing budgets, influencer budgets, events, and activations.
  • Support creation of marketing materials such as wholesale catalogs, brochures, and various creatives.
  • Track and analyze retail marketing performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Develop co-branded marketing initiatives with retail partners to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer insights to inform marketing decisions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with retail partners through smooth communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in retail marketing, brand marketing, or a related field (experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands preferred).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design software is a plus.
  • Passion for beauty, hair care, and consumer trends.
