Job Summary

This role is responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs that enhance operational excellence, drive continuous learning, and promote employee development.

  • Lead new hire onboarding initiatives, ensuring seamless integration into the organization.
  • Develop and deliver engaging training materials, focusing on skill enhancement, process improvement, and knowledge sharing.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and technical support to employees, facilitating their growth and advancement within the company.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to create effective training sessions and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • At least 2 years of experience in training, preferably in lead gen, sales, technical support or customer support.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse learning styles.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and time-management skills, enabling the delivery of high-quality training programs.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Self-motivation and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
