A key role in our organization is that of a Learning Delivery Specialist. This individual conducts training programs focused on language skills and accent neutralization, as well as creates and enhances additional training courses to support the ongoing development of employees.

Responsibilities:
  1. Conducts Language Skills Support Training and Accent Neutralization Training, creating value for our team members through their linguistic expertise.
  2. Designs, develops, and delivers training courses related to language skills and cultural awareness, thereby enhancing employee performance and overall company success.
Requirements:
  1. A minimum of one year of college education or equivalent experience in teaching English as a second language (ESL) or a related field.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, ensuring effective collaboration and problem-solving with colleagues.
  3. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, facilitating smooth day-to-day operations and enabling efficient documentation and reporting.
  4. An ESL or English teaching background is preferred but not mandatory, providing opportunities for growth and professional development within the team.
