Requirements

  • Experience: More than 5 years' experience in related industries; experience in the consumer industry is a plus.
  • Leadership Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in leading emerging channels, New Business Development, and Consumer Activation.
  • Skillset: Excellent interpersonal communication skills and proven ability to influence stakeholders; capability in effective digital consumer promotions driving activation in various channels is a plus.
  • Bonus Skills: Business analytics and data-driven decision-making, understanding the value of consumer activation, strong leadership, and team player mentality.
