We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Lead to oversee our marketing efforts in the Property Management and Real Estate sectors. This role will focus on driving brand visibility, developing innovative marketing strategies, and managing a digital content manager to enhance our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the property management and real estate markets.
  2. Content Management: Supervise the Digital Content Manager to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience across various platforms.
  3. Brand Development: Enhance brand awareness and positioning in the market through effective marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  4. Market Research: Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  5. Digital Marketing Oversight: Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO, social media, and email marketing to maximize reach and engagement.
  6. Project Management: Manage marketing projects on behalf of SPCE, ensuring timely execution and alignment with client objectives.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and business objectives.
  8. Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to drive decisions and optimize future efforts.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  2. Proven experience (5+ years) in a marketing leadership role, preferably in real estate or property management but not mandatory.
  3. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and content strategies.
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to think strategically and creatively.
  6. Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
