Job Description:

The Senior Global Project Manager oversees end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives across global functions.

  • Lead complex, multi-country projects driving business transformation and operational excellence.
  • Manage cross-cultural teams and ensure delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Leadership & Execution
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, resource allocations, and budgets.
    • Drive execution excellence by ensuring adherence to project management frameworks and methodologies.
  2. Stakeholder Management
    • Facilitate governance meetings and provide transparent project reporting.
    • Manage change requests, scope adjustments, and ensure alignment with evolving business priorities.
  3. Risk & Issue Management
    • Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation and contingency plans.
    • Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  4. Team & Collaboration
    • Lead and mentor cross-functional, multicultural project teams across geographies.
    • Provide coaching and guidance to junior project managers or coordinators.
  5. Continuous Improvement
    • Identify opportunities to enhance project management processes and tools.
    • Contribute to building global PMO best practices and knowledge sharing.
