The Role: Business Finance Team LeaderWhat will you do?

Leada High-Performance TeamLeads a team that is responsible in preparation and presentation of monthly performance, adequately explained for variances against Prior, Forecast, Targets. Although Accounting team may be responsible for accuracy of actuals, the FP&A Analyst must maintain close communication with Accounting and other process owners to ensure the integrity and reliability of monthly results.

Close collaboration with Zone FP&Ato better understand business drivers and being able to challenge performance/fcst as needed. Rolling Forecast / Quarterly Business ReviewFollowing guidance that may be received from Zone FP&A, supports coordination & consolidation when preparing the quarterly rolling forecast/ business review for the perimeter. Preparing & consolidating Mix Mgt and other QBR-related reports/ activities.

Analyze and interpret RF results & drivers and able to challenge country submission when needed. TransformationActively participates and drives transformation initiatives

Annual CampaignsSupports Target Setting Process as well as Prior process following general guidance and instructions received from Zone FP&A.Ad-HocOther Ad-Hoc responsibilities as the need arises

Qualifications:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. At least 5year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Strong financial modeling techniques and analytical skills.

Advanced PC skills, emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint, MS Access is a plus. Ability to adapt new systems and applications quickly. SAP, Hyperion, Cognos, Helios and Oracle experience is an advantage.
