Global S/4HANA Transformation Leader

The organisation is embarking on a pivotal multi-year transformation programme to implement S/4HANA across their worldwide operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the global S/4HANA programme strategy, roadmap, and delivery plan.
  • Lead programme governance, steering committees, and stakeholder management at executive level.
  • Oversee systems integration partners and ensure alignment between business and technology teams.
  • Manage programme risks, change control, and resources effectively.
  • Drive adoption of standardised processes while respecting regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure the transformation delivers measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and visibility across global operations.
About You
  • Proven track record of leading complex global S/4HANA or SAP transformation programmes (full lifecycle).
  • Strong background in programme governance, delivery assurance, and stakeholder management at C-suite level.
  • Experience working in highly regulated industries, ideally life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
  • Ability to influence at senior level and lead diverse cross-functional teams across geographies.
  • Strong commercial and financial management skills with the ability to manage large-scale budgets.
  • Fluent English; Spanish or other European languages would be an advantage.
