Job Description
As a Customer Service Agent at Neksjob, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers. You will resolve customer inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner, utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing. Your goal will be to provide cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident, and knowledgeable manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as at least 6 months of call center experience. You should possess good communication skills and be proficient in computer and internet navigation. Additionally, you must be willing to work on-site.
