Job Description

As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will play a vital role in resolving customer inquiries and concerns related to travel operations. Your primary responsibilities will include handling reservations, ticketing, redemption, products, services, complaints, grievances, special handling, flight disruptions, booking changes, and refunds. You will need to have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of industry processes, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution. Alternatively, a High School Graduate with at least six months of experience in a Subject Matter Expert (SME)/Quality Assurance (QA) role can apply. We also consider candidates with a minimum of five years of BPO experience in a Travel account if SME experience is unavailable. Essential qualities include flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment, willingness to work on-site, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
