**Job Summary**
Takes charge of the operations and manpower management of assigned store, ensuring attainment of sales quotas per brand.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develops and implements store sales strategies to achieve given sales targets per brand per store.
- Analyzes and solves problems affecting sales, identifying areas for improvement.
- Provides exceptional customer service and administrative support in a store setting.
- Coordinates with brand coordinators on merchandise requests, reports stock movement, and customer feedback.
- Manages actual selling and customer service, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Conducts daily motivational talks with sales staff, reminding them of daily sales targets and encouraging high performance.
- Ensures excellent customer service, resolves customer complaints, and maintains positive customer relations.
- Oversees implementation of standard store operations and personnel management.
- Prepares weekly/monthly sales reports in coordination with retail and concession sections.
- Performs other related tasks as instructed by immediate head.
**Requirements**
- Candidates must be graduates of any four-year course with commendable scholastic records.
- At least 3 years of experience specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and conflict/feedback management.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Effective people management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Pleasant and positive demeanor.
