Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Operations Manager to join our team at LIKHA Plus, a Digital Solutions Provider (Likha Plus). The ideal candidate will combine a passion for digital solutions with strong leadership and organizational skills, ensuring the company's digital projects are efficiently managed while achieving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

  1. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue for digital services, including IT solutions, web development, branding, and social media management.
  2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients. Build long-term partnerships by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
  3. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets by leveraging a combination of prospecting, networking, and utilizing inbound and outbound sales techniques.
  4. Sales Presentation & Proposals: Lead the preparation and delivery of compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches that clearly communicate the value of our digital solutions.
  5. Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive offerings, and opportunities in the digital solutions space. Provide insights to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Operations Management:

  1. Project Management & Execution: Oversee and streamline the execution of digital projects, ensuring all deliverables are met on time, within scope, and on budget. Work closely with project managers, designers, developers, and other team members to ensure operational efficiency.
  2. Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in internal processes and implement improvements to ensure smoother project execution from sales to delivery, ensuring a seamless transition from contract signing to project completion.
  3. Resource Allocation & Coordination: Manage resource allocation, ensuring the right mix of skills and talent are available to meet client needs and project requirements. Coordinate with internal teams for efficient execution of digital solutions.
  4. Quality Control: Monitor the quality of deliverables, ensuring that all work aligns with client expectations and meets industry standards.
  5. Financial & Budget Management: Collaborate with finance teams to manage budgets, forecast revenue, and ensure projects remain within budget. Track profitability and overall performance metrics for digital projects.

Team Leadership & Development:

  1. Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate both the sales and operational teams to ensure high performance and a collaborative work environment. Foster a culture of innovation and client-centric service.
  2. Training & Development: Identify skills gaps and provide ongoing training to sales and operational teams on new technologies, industry best practices, and sales techniques. Ensure teams are aligned with business goals and updated on digital solution offerings.

Collaboration with Key Stakeholders:

  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure smooth collaboration and to drive alignment between sales, project delivery, and client expectations.
  2. Customer Satisfaction: Act as a key point of contact for clients to ensure their satisfaction with the delivery and performance of digital solutions. Gather feedback and implement improvements where necessary.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

  1. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and analytics to monitor the performance of sales campaigns, operational processes, and client satisfaction. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on sales performance, operational efficiency, and opportunities for improvement.
  2. Continuous Improvement: Proactively suggest and implement improvements in both sales processes and operational workflows to achieve higher efficiency and better results.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in sales and operations management, particularly within the digital solutions or IT services industry.
  3. Strong understanding of digital services (IT solutions, web development, social media management, brand development, etc.) and familiarity with relevant technologies.
  4. Solid experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and project management tools.
  5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and client satisfaction.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  8. Experience in developing and executing sales strategies for a technology-driven service-based business.
