Job Description

This role is ideal for a highly organized and motivated professional who can effectively manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a virtual environment, ensuring seamless execution of programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Launch new projects by coordinating and managing tutors, planning and analyzing data on program efficacy, streamlining communication with stakeholders, etc.
  • Actively support Regional Operations to guarantee the successful execution of programs and initiatives.
  • Deliver outstanding academic services to students and their families, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage class schedules to effectively staff sessions and meet company efficiency targets.
  • Monitor all students' academic progress, providing timely feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct conferences with partner program directors to review progress, adjust academic plans, and renew enrollments.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 2-3 years progressive career growth in a similar role.
  • Experience working in a virtual operations and team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to build engagement and trust in virtual relationships, whether with customers or team members.
  • Able to adapt to changes in work environment by changing behaviors as required.
